م افتتاح القصر مول في العام 2013م، ولذلك يعد من أقدم مشاريع دار الاركان العقارية في الرياض فضلًا عن أنه الأضخم استثماريًا، ومنذ اللحظة الأولى استهدف مخطط القصر الرياض إيجاد وجهة سياحية عالمية متعددة الأنشطة وليس مركز تجاري وحسب.

وعلى هذا الأساس انتهى المشروع إلى أحد أشهر مولات الرياض حيث العشرات من كبرى العلامات التجارية العالمية والعربية التي توفر كل ما يلزم الفرد والأسرة من منتجات ومستلزمات شخصية ومنزلية، وبجانبها العشرات من المطاعم والكافيهات بطرازات متنوعة.
